Microsoft O365 and E-mail Administrator – Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

Myriad Advisor Solutions, located in Clive, Iowa is in search of a Microsoft O365 and Email Administrator to join our growing team! As an integral part of our team, the O365 and Email Administrator will collaborate closely with internal project managers, project stakeholders, and directly with our clients to build and maintain robust, secure O365 and email implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Azure Active Directory administration.



 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES:

While not all inclusive, further detail the accountabilities of the O365 and Email Administrator position:


  • Provide O365 solution and subscription recommendations for Myriad clients based on recommendations
  • Work with clients to implement O365-based solutions including email (Exchange), Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Intune and Teams
  • Provide support and ongoing maintenance for existing client O365 implementations
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses
  • Manage and monitor Office 365 services and support
  • Understand and consistently enforce digital security policies set forth by Myriad and its clients
  • Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
  • Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
  • Any Microsoft certifications, especially related to O365 preferred
  • 3+ years of general Systems Admin experience
  • 2+ years of experience with O365 being core function of job
