POSITION SUMMARY

As a Client Service Associate (CSA) of our clients firm, you will be directly engaged as an integral part of the team. With daily interaction and direct support to the firm’s Financial Advisors, it is critical that the CSA is willing to learn, adapt current knowledge and skills to the firm’s processes and procedures, and embraces ongoing growth and advancement. The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing an unforgettable first impression to perspective clients and serves as a positive and efficient client service resource ongoing.


Anticipated start date of January, 2020.


Located in Evansville, Indiana, we are seeking candidates who possess the following:


 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensuring client appointments and communications are promptly and accurately addressed by utilizing available resources, to include but not limited to, internal resources and the home office.
  • Assists Financial Advisors in maintaining client data, processing documentation and payments as applicable.
  • Serve as front office support to include welcoming clients and visitors to the office; Prepare and offer refreshments; Inquire about the purpose of their visit and assist them as appropriate. Politely answer telephone calls; address calls as appropriate or take detailed messages as needed.
  • Provide knowledge and support to Partner’s and serves as mentor and trainer to staff and team members.

 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Associates degree preferred; completed college coursework in conjunction with professional work experience in the industries of finance, accounting, insurance, banking, law or similar fields will also be considered.
  • Licensing not required, but willingness to take the tests is beneficial.
  • Strong client service skills, first-hand experience interacting directly with customers; a genuine interest in serving and caring for our clients.

  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills, efficient multi-tasker, effective follow-up, deadline focused and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under direction.
  • Possesses strong work ethics and morals; is driven and motivated to advancing their career through hands on experience and evolving industry knowledge.
  • Intermediate to advanced level computer skills, including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with strong skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
