POSITION SUMMARY

Meridian Wealth Management of Michigan is actively searching for a Branch Administrator to join their team located in Jackson, Michigan. As a critical team member, the Branch Administrator is the director of first impressions and ensuring office and administrative efficiencies. This position will focus on overseeing the firm’s general office and client operations, maintaining branch compliance, and ensuring the branch runs smoothly. Ideal candidates possess high attention to detail, strong communication skills, initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work 30 hours per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive client interaction; exceed the client’s overall expectations of customer service and exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality of client information
  • Offer proactive solutions for office efficiency and in support of enhanced client experience
  • Generates client communications whether by phone, mail, electronically, or in-person
  • Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
  • Maintain and conduct routine assessments of branch compliance files and requirements
  • Office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Supply management and ordering
  • Coordinates delivery of general training for employees—personal, professional, team development

 
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
  • Budget oversight experience; working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and metrics
  • Strong customer service skills, first-hand experience interacting directly with customers; a genuine interest in serving and caring for our clients
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
