Our client, a leading financial advisor in the Scottsdale, AZ area is launching a new independent financial practice that specializes in working with affluent individuals and businesses in the Southeast region. This high-energy client brings years of knowledge and expertise in the financial services industry as they aim to develop a prestigious practice in a competitive industry. Our client is searching for a high-energy and motivated individual to join the new practice to aid in growth and provide exemplary client service.

Located in Scottsdale, AZ, our client within the Financial Services industry is seeking qualified candidates for the Client Service Associate position. An overview of the position and desired qualifications, skills and experiences include, but are not limited to:

Client Relations:
  • Call clients to set up appointments for annual account reviews
  • Responsible for ensuring all client needs are promptly and accurately addressed
  • Open office on-time daily; log time and reset as appropriate

Account Management:
  • Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports from rough draft, and originating correspondence as requested to include marketing campaigns
  • Prepare deposits and scan incoming checks; process receipt of physical security certificates; maintain Time Stamp log
  • Promptly reviews and responds to internal and customer directed email communications with an accurate plan of action(s)

Executive Support:
  • Provide knowledge and support to Financial Advisors
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
  • Record meeting discussions
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in finance, accounting, insurance, banking, law, or similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year of administration experience
  • FINRA Series 7 licensed or must be willing and able to obtain license within a defined timeframe
  • Hands-on experience interacting directly with clients
