The Gregory-Simmons Group (TGSG) is actively seeking a detail orientated, self-motivated Receptionist to join their thriving Financial Advisory team. At TGSG, the Receptionist position provides a full range of administrative support for the team and office. From politely and promptly answering client calls, addressing inbound and outbound mail, and actively engaging with clients, each day will have variety! Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and appropriately address all company mail.
  • Courteously greet callers, take messages, and disseminate communications as necessary.
  • Provide a warm welcome to on-site clients and guests.
  • Schedule meetings as requested; Set-up in preparation for meetings and clean-up following meetings.
  • Accurately order, receive, store, and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Assist with events and special projects.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years related receptionist or administrative experience required.
  • Position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, organizational, and problem-solving.
  • Intermediate to advanced level computer skills, including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with strong skills in Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new technologies as requested and required.
