POSITION SUMMARY

The Gregory-Simmons Group located in Seattle, Washington, is actively seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to join their independent and seasoned Financial Advisory Group.

As a Registered Client Service Associate, you will become a trusted resource to our clients, advisors and team members, while demonstrating a client-first approach to enhance the overall client experience. This role will allow for you to use your administrative and operational skills to research and resolve problems, onboard new accounts, maintain proper record keeping, and prepare correspondence in a fast-paced, collaborative and professional environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the front office lead to include welcoming clients and visitors. Politely answer telephone calls and demonstrate an ability to assess client inquiries and simplify processes
  • Oversee all general office functioning, including: filing, copy machine, supplies, general housekeeping, etc.
  • Maintain oversight and responsibility for client account administration and ensure accuracy on all documentation
  • Present prompt and accurate responses to all client service requests
  • Review and respond to all electronic correspondence promptly
  • Continuously enhance client support programs and ensure client satisfaction
  • Take ownership of complex projects and demonstrate consistent follow-through and communication
  • Exhibit the skillset of a project manager, with an ability to oversee the successful completion of assigned client projects
  • Develop and maintain strong support resources for complex problem solving
  • Properly dispose of client information; ensure appropriate handling of all outdated and unnecessary information through shredding on a regular basis
  • Maintain and help organize a professional office environment including the reception area, conference room and storage

 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; completed college coursework in conjunction with work experience will also be considered
  • FINRA Series 7 required
  • 3+ years of financial services experience preferred
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
