Ridgeline Wealth Management, an established, cutting edge financial services firm, is seeking a Wealth Manager to join their team. The Wealth Manager will help drive the growth of the firm through client relationship management and consultation. This individual will be tasked with identifying client needs and issues and offer innovative solutions capable of empowering clients to live their best life. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attracting, servicing and growing client relationships
  • Work closely with Wealth Managers to provide service to a defined group of clients and support all business development and client retention activities
  • Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs, and develop a solid financial plan and portfolio strategy
  • Liaise with internal team members including portfolio management, operations, and financial planning for client meeting preparation and to monitor workflow associated with servicing clients
  • Follow-up with clients as required for collecting and evaluation documents
  • Document client interactions and client related workflows in contact management system
  • Participate in firm initiatives directed by management
  • Engage resources to stay current with information regarding regulatory requirements, financial services, and other functions pertinent to duties
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance systems and develop processes that increase workflow and generate new business
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform business functions with focus on consistency, quality, and compliance

 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Associates degree preferred
  • 1 - 3 years industry experience is preferred
  • Active FINRA registration Series 7 is required or ability to obtain within first 12 weeks of employment
  • A passion for financial planning & growing. Ridgeline is seeking highly motivated candidates with a strong desire to deliver successfully, learn new skills, assume additional responsibilities, and advance their career

  • Intermediate to advanced level computer skills, including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new technologies as requested and required
