Myriad Advisor Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic marketing professional to join our marketing team! The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn new skills and tactics that relate to digital marketing. They must be able to interact with executives, sales people, developers, and creatives. They would bring strong analytical, problem solving and project management abilities as well as be comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on position responsible for leading the development and execution of email, digital advertising, social media, and search engine marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Specialist will optimize these marketing channels, increase membership in our social media properties, and increase brand awareness and engagement with our markets and customers. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures is preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Meet with clients to discuss marketing and digital strategies
  • Develop graphics and visual and/or audio images for product collaterals, logos, and websites
  • Coordinate with team to create marketing campaigns
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • On-going management of digital touch points, including and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Dashboard); Paid social advertising creation, execution, and monitoring
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Working on both internal and external communications and designs
  • Plans, executes and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
  • Create and manage promotional calendar across all channels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent; Constantly research and stay current in the digital marketing trends and find new ways to drive traffic to our company

Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Marketing / Advertising
  • Experience with cross-channel marketing platforms
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Demonstratable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Email marketing and/or CRM programs experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints
  • Must be adept at utilizing technology and internet research techniques.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations
